About the Lawmakers Journal of Canada

The Lawmakers Journal of Canada fosters a path of peaceful prosperity for humanity through the intertwining of two branches of humanity - the Native Americans and Afro-Eurasians - in Canada's Constitution. This hybridization of two cultural legal branches is consistent with the living tree doctrine, ultimately formulating a new middle ground known as naawi'aki in Anishinaabemowin --otherwise referred to as reconciliation in English.

The Lawmakers Journal of Canada is not based on creating anything new, but rather bringing to light the constitutional reality of Canada that has always existed. The assertion of absolute Crown sovereignty founded on colonial legal fictions of terra nullius and the Doctrine of Discovery combined with the rich history of Indigenous legal traditions under Section 35 provides a unique opportunity to trailblaze a path to world peace, prosperity, and environmental harmony with Mother Earth.

The Lawmakers Journal of Canada is awaiting sovereign incorporation under Indigenous law - until then founding member Kelly Dale Edwards (creator@lawmakers.ca) is accepting and managing the journal's financial support. We accept support cheques/checks via mail, and electronic payment via E-mail Money Transfer (EMT) and Wire Transfer.

Please send all E-mail Money Transfers (EMT) to payment@lawmakers.ca which will be deposited into the bank account of founding member Kelly Dale Edwards ("Kelly D Edwards" in the interim for remittance for uses of the Lawmakers Journal of Canada pending sovereign incorporation under Indigenous law. Autodeposit is registered.
